Fancy Dress Competition ?
@ Ben: I think kids would love the balloons.I thought of kids dress Prince or Princess compition and adults dress up in white, Red and Blue. How's that sound?
I can do simple face-painting (i.e. union jacks, flowers, etc) for children. I can set this up next to my sister's stall (iced biscuits) and provide all the necessary equipment. We're doing it outside number 30 (our friends house).
